Sales/Account Executive

Well organized self-starter with over 5 years of sales experience in Manhattan catering industry. This person should know the etiquette of fine dining and service and be able to maximize revenue for the company. Cutting edge knowledge of the catering industry and resources necessary to organize an event. Responsible for soliciting new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. Develop client menus, write contracts and letters, attend event, as well as organize all other arrangements as they relate to events.

Catering Assistant

Support in the organization with high profile events. Job duties include client relations, booking staff, coordination and execution of event. Candidate must have excellent service, client relation skills and must be well organized.

Event Manager

To coordinate high profile culinary events for celebrity and VIP clients. To consult with guests, coordinate catering services, review menus and fine wine lists, supervise up to 30 employees; would be responsible for staff management, financial management and budgeting, and quality control. Requires 4 years experience in the offered job.

Captain

Experienced Catering or Banquet Captain with a strong background in leadership and fine dining and wine service. Creativity and flexibility required. Must be able to motivate and train staff.

Server

Professional, yet warm person with fine dining and catering experience looking for part time employment. Evenings and Weekends.

Coat Check

Professional, warm and pleasant girls with a nice smile and good disposition.

Line and Prep Cook

Positions available for experienced Cooks. Should have experience in fine dining and catering.
