This is not simply about food—it’s about how people feel when they arrive, and who they become as the evening unfolds. Alex is this curator of how tastings moves. She has gone through decades seeing what needs to unfold and moving with that to curate this business
I have spent my life at the table. Watching how people move, how conversation swells and recedes, how the right dish, the right glass, the right silence can shift everything. This isn’t work. It’s instinct really.
